This Privacy Policy describes how the Logva (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information. The App is available on both Android and iOS platforms and provides tools for Instagram tag analysis, image-based tag suggestions, and public profile insights.

The App does not require account login, passwords, authentication tokens, or any personally identifiable information. Only the minimum data required for analysis is processed.

1.1. Information You Provide

• Uploaded Photos: Photos selected by the user are processed locally on the device for tag analysis. Images are never uploaded to external servers unless explicitly required for generating tag suggestions.
• Instagram Username: Used only to retrieve publicly available profile information.

1.2. Information Collected Automatically

• Device model and OS version (anonymous)
• Crash logs and performance data
• Advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) may be collected for analytics and advertising measurement purposes when applicable
• Advertising identifiers are used only in aggregated and anonymized form and cannot be used to identify individual users

No data collected automatically can identify the user personally.

2. How We Use the Information

Information collected through the App may be used for:

• Generating tag suggestions from images
• Analyzing public Instagram profiles
• Improving app functionality and performance
• Creating relevant keyword or hashtag results
• Measuring app installs, usage, and subscription events to improve advertising performance and app analytics

No data is sold to advertisers, marketers, or third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Relationship With Instagram

This App is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Users do not log into Instagram within the App. The App cannot access private messages, private content, passwords, or any sensitive data.

4. Data Storage

• Uploaded images remain on the user’s device and are not stored externally.
• Analysis results are stored temporarily on the device.
• When server-based tag generation is used, only minimal keyword data is sent to the server.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

• Google ML Kit for image labeling and tag recognition
• Firebase for crash reporting and performance monitoring
• Meta (Facebook) SDK for app analytics, install attribution, and advertising performance measurement

These services may collect anonymized usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The App does not use cookies. However, limited tracking technologies may be used for analytics and advertising measurement purposes through third-party SDKs.

7. Data Sharing

Your data is never sold to third parties. Anonymized and aggregated data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (such as Meta and Google) solely for analytics, advertising measurement, and app performance purposes. Your data is never:
